1. What is DTF printing?

DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a process where designs are printed onto a special film, coated with adhesive powder, and then heat pressed onto fabric. It’s durable, flexible, and works on cotton, polyester, and blends.

2. What is UV DTF printing?

UV DTF (Ultraviolet Direct-to-Film) is a peel-and-stick method for decorating hard surfaces such as glass, metal, plastic, and wood. It produces glossy, scratch-resistant transfers with a 3D texture.

3. What surfaces can UV DTF be applied to?

UV DTF can be applied to most smooth and hard surfaces, including:

  • Tumblers and mugs

  • Phone cases and electronics

  • Glass, wood, and metal items

  • Signs and promotional products

4. Do you accept custom artwork?

Yes! We specialize in custom prints. You can upload your artwork directly when placing an order.

👉 Please double-check your artwork before uploading to ensure correct size, resolution, and colors.

5. What file formats do you accept?

We recommend high-resolution files in:

  • PNG (transparent background)

  • PDF

  • AI / EPS (vector formats)

For the best results, make sure your file is at least 300 DPI.

6. How do I apply DTF transfers?

To achieve the best results with your DTF transfers, follow these heat press guidelines:

  • Temperature: 300–320°F (150–160°C)

  • Time: 10–15 seconds

  • Pressure: Medium to firm pressure

  • Peel: HOT peel – remove the film while still hot

  • After peeling, press again for 5 seconds with parchment paper or a Teflon sheet for a smoother finish and extra durability.

7. How do I apply UV DTF transfers?

Applying UV DTF transfers is quick and easy — no heat press required:

  1. Cut your design from the film if necessary.

  2. Peel off the clear transfer film with the printed design attached.

  3. Position the film on the surface you want to decorate (glass, tumbler, phone case, etc.).

  4. Press firmly using a squeegee or your fingers to remove bubbles and ensure good adhesion.

  5. Slowly peel away the top film, leaving the design securely applied.

💡 For best results, make sure the surface is clean, dry, and free of dust or oil before applying.

12. How durable are DTF and UV DTF transfers?

  • DTF transfers: When applied correctly, DTF prints can typically withstand 40–60 washes while maintaining color and adhesion. With proper care, they can last 1–2 years or more depending on frequency of use.

  • UV DTF transfers: Scratch-resistant, waterproof, and durable on hard surfaces. They can last 2–3 years or longer under normal conditions.

13. How should I wash garments with DTF prints?

To keep your DTF transfers looking their best, please follow these care instructions:

  • Turn garments inside out before washing to protect the print.

  • Wash in cold or warm water (below 104°F / 40°C).

  • Use mild detergent and avoid bleach or strong chemicals.

  • Do not dry clean.

  • Tumble dry on low or hang dry for best results.

  • If ironing is necessary, iron inside out and avoid direct contact with the transfer.

💡 With proper care, DTF transfers can withstand 40–60 washes and remain vibrant for 1–2 years or longer.
