1. Eligibility for Refunds and Returns

  • Custom Products (DTF Transfers, UV DTF Stickers, Banners, etc.):

    Because these products are custom-made to your order, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is defective or damaged.

    In certain cases, if a refund cannot be issued, we may provide Store Credit as an alternative solution.

  • Non-Custom Products (e.g., accessories, blank stands):

    Eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

    • A replacement at no additional cost,

    • A refund to your original payment method, or

    • Store Credit for future purchases.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement.

  • Once production has started (especially for custom DTF or UV DTF products), cancellations and refunds are not available.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you return a non-custom product, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.

5. How to Request a Refund or Return

Please include your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for return in your request.

6. Processing Time

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method, or issued as Store Credit if applicable.

7. Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns or issue refunds for items lost or damaged due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Clearance or sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
